Inspired by the familiar flavors many Peruvians grow up with: quinoa at breakfast, purple corn drink after meals, and simple moments around the table.

After visiting Peru again, I wanted to turn those memories into something delicate, comforting, and meant to be shared.

Founded by a Peruvian immigrant in Colorado, The Peruvian Cookie Company was created to elevate the traditional alfajor into a refined cookie experience.
